Feedback retention and deletion
The monitored developer support inbox deletes feedback emails and their attachments within 90 days after receipt, or sooner after a verified deletion request. Deleting a local feedback report does not retract an email you already sent; you can delete local reports and history separately in StrideCircuit.
You may ask the developer to delete a feedback email and its attachments sooner than 90 days. The developer may verify the request before deleting mailbox records.
Your controls
- Change location access in iOS Settings.
- Delete saved routes and feedback inside StrideCircuit.
- Remove your safety contact in Run Safety before uninstalling.
- Keep workout cards on Stats Only or cancel before sharing.
